About Taylor

Taylor Anderson is an Oregon-based artist who brings a passion for fresh artistry to a lifetime of studying and performing classical music. His voice is decidedly ear-catching, and his ability to command a crowd is second nature.

His love of music started young, with his bearings set within the rich history of classical music… and the back of his dad’s Subaru hatchback. It was oldies radio crackling through the stereo that first pulled him toward the lush harmonies of the Beach Boys, planting a seed that would eventually reshape everything.

That seed took root in college, when Taylor picked up songwriting and started performing in earnest. A following came fast, and soon he was playing shows up and down the state, with a few overseas stops along the way. His sound – a genre-blurring mix of pop, R&B, and soul – pulls from the Beach Boys, Prince, and Amy Winehouse… landing somewhere entirely his own.

That talent hasn’t gone unnoticed: Taylor’s now a featured songwriter and vocalist with RNW Music, further cementing his place as one of the industry’s rising voices to watch.
